1. Vendors must supply their own banner, chairs, power, lights and extension cords min #12 gauge 25ft.
2. All food vendors must have at least one CO2 fire extinguisher in the booth at all times.
3. All vendors must be completely set up for inspection at least 1 HOUR prior to the start of the event. All vehicles at that time must be removed from the park.
4. Only approved food items as listed on the application may be sold.
5. NO vendors may serve or sell any beverages.
6. Food Trucks and Trailers will be considered for event. Please provide picture with application.
7. Participants will be responsible for securing and/or paying for any special permits that may be required by any governmental agency.
8. You, your staff, and your booth must remain neat, clean and kept in an orderly fashion.
9. Exhibits and displays must be contained within booth space.
10. You and your staff must physically stay within your booth area. If you are collecting information for contests or leads, you may not block or impeded traffic flow to other vendors.
11. Vendors are responsible for the collection and payment of their own sales tax.
12. The event staff will not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind that occurs at your booth.
13. Any Vendor selling unauthorized beverages will be escorted from the event.
14. There are no refunds on deposits or for cancellation of event due to rain or acts of God.
15. No pets allowed at event.
I would like to participate in the Jamaica Independence Festival on Aug. 2nd, 2025 in John Prince Park in Florida. I agree to abide by all of management’s rules and regulations. I understand that this contract shall be legally binding between the two parties. I agree that FGM Staff may take precautions to safeguard vendors’ property through theft, life accident or any other causes. Vendors should insure their own exhibit and display materials. FGM Ent, do not and will not assume liability for any theft, injury, nor any other accident that may occur during the event to visitors or vendors.
